Our active-adult work in Woburn is concentrated at Delaney at the Vale, the over-55 community at the Aberjona River. The community has been adding inventory phase by phase; the resale market within Delaney has been one of the most active in our coverage area. Other downsizing work in Woburn tends to land in the condo stock around Horn Pond and the Four Corners area.

Single-family pricing in Woburn has tracked the inside-128 ring upward but remains substantially below Winchester or Lexington.
