My time started with the passing of my mom, and it was a rollercoaster from hell! Then I met Kevin, and he got his team jumping, I would have lost more than my cool if not for this AMAZING group!! Thank you for everything.

For anyone out there getting ready to sell a property, I can’t say enough good things about Kevin Rich and his team. These are the people you want on your side. We found Kevin completely by accident, and it was the happiest accident I’ve had in several trying years. He is friendly, fast, efficient, and reasonable. Kevin has a great team he works with to get a property into shape and ready to go; he coordinates cleaning, repairs, legal help, or anything else you might need with people who are as quick and efficient as he is. My property went from “meh” to as pristine as it could be, which netted us an extra $35k on the sale, and it only took a few weeks to pull it all together.

Don’t be worried that he may not be local to you. My property was local to him in Massachusetts, but I live in Dallas, TX and it was STILL just that easy! We phoned, emailed, texted, and sent photos back and forth until the job was done. And the wonderful folks who work with Kevin did a fabulous job at what I consider highly reasonable rates for painting, repairs and final cleaning.

I would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone; he was a godsend when I needed one. If I ever need to sell another property, I will not hesitate one SECOND to call him again. Thank you, Kevin, from the bottom of my heart.

Also all the extras you did, you were amazing. Getting us through the septic system ordeal, lining up a Title 5 inspection, Bill the engineer and finally the septic contractor. And the final septic contract was perfect, he gets paid when the job is done. Very well done.

Kevin did a great job! I live out of state and didn’t know how I was going to get my parent’s house sold until we got his letter one day. He completely handled the clean out, roof repairs and sale of the property and I got so much more than I expected. Give him a call!

Kevin met with us, and he provided a strategy for cleanout and renovation for the property of my sister’s estate. He was able to take the lead because we do not live in Massachusetts. This sale was done without my physical presence. Kevin and his team did the foot work to make the sale possible. Kevin had interested buyers before the condo went on the market. We accepted an offer two days after going on market. Kevin understood the details for preparing and selling an estate property. We very much appreciated his help and knowledge.
