How quickly do you respond?

Typically within a few hours during business hours, and always same-day for notes that come in Monday through Friday. Weekend notes get a reply Monday morning unless something is urgent — if it is, call the number at the top of the page.

Can we talk before listing?

Absolutely — most of our best conversations happen months or years before a sale. We'll walk through your situation, your timeline, and what the market looks like for your specific home. No pressure to list, no obligation of any kind.

Do you travel out to probate properties?

Yes — and often to out-of-state executors managing a property in our service area. We've worked with families in Texas, Florida, California, and New Hampshire whose loved one's home is here. We become your local hands.
